The Numbers Gallery was conceived from a desire to sell number plates that were no longer used or needed by Oliver Segal - a long time car enthusiast. Oliver has owned & enjoyed many desirable marques & models over the years and along the way discovered a passion for the clever association of number plates and cars.

When the time came to sell one from his collection, he felt that no one and especially the many faceless 'dealers' could convey the passion & enthusiasm for such numbers as he could himself.

“I believe that the ultimate compliment to a car is a number plate, either of sentimental importance or one that is specific to the make or model such as something fun or prestigious for a luxury marque. As a lifestyle statement and for many other reasons they make truly fun & usable investments that will never depreciate or lose their appeal”

Number plates is a huge subject with many variations on the theme but at The Numbers Gallery, all of the plates displayed are from either a private collection or handpicked from a choice selection of the most prominent from other sources, meaning that whilst you will not find numerous versions or multiples of a name, word, interest or car number plate, you can be assured without doubt that you will be shown the best versions and examples of such.
